QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (QC)

Qualification:

• Male or Female
• S1 from any discipline
• Good knowledge in fabric & garment technical areas
• Ability to make samples and patterns for menswear and ladieswear garment is desirable, but not essential
• Good understanding of the garment operation process and solving quality problems
• Experience as Garment Quality Manager or Assistant Manager in garment manufacturing
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken & written

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the required quality system and procedures
• Set up corrective and preventive actions to avoid reject/faulty garments
• Managing and retraining the QC team to ensure they maintain the standard requirements
• Ability to make decisions related to garment quality tolerance
• Responsible for providing all quality information related to the running styles in production
• Responsible for organizing the weekly quality reports in The Factory
• Achieve the quality targets for repairs, RTMs and stock confidence
